Brian Phillips, 45, of Springhill, Kansas passed away on October 14, 2017. Brian was born on May 28, 1972 in Kansas City, Missouri to Tom Zago and Patricia Phillips. He is survived by his sons: Seth and Garret; the mother of his children, Tammy Phillips; his mother, Patti Caudill; and his sisters, Sara Olson and Rachel Passman.
A gathering for friends and family will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 S Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to his son's, Seth and Garret.
