Derwin was born on July 14, 1979 in Kansas City, Missouri. He leaves behind his mother, Earnestine Clay; his sister, Daphne Mack; and many friends and extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on Friday, July 13th from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm at The View, Oak Room, 13500 Byars Rd, Grandview, MO 64030.
