Donna Carrier

Donna Carrier, 75, of Grandview, Missouri passed away peacefully at her home on February 9, 2023. Interment will take place at Longview Cemetery at a later date.

 Donna was born in Louisburg, Kansas on July 11, 1947, to Roy and Mary Miller. Donna would graduate high school and attend 4 years of college in the metro area however in the summer of 1968 she would meet the love of her life Larry Carrier at the Solo cup company in Grandview Missouri. They would marry in 1969 and live a beautiful life together for 54 years. From this fairy tale love they would be blessed with a daughter Jennifer. Donna would later get a job as a cook and manager in the cafeteria at Butcher Green Elementary school and continue her employment with the district for 38 years. She loved cooking and being around all the children. Donna enjoyed collecting in her free time and had a beautiful collection of Barbies, dolls, and books. Donna later enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and attending all their activities.

Donna is preceded in passing by her parents and brother Robert Robinette. She is survived by her husband Larry of 54 years, daughter Jennifer Mackie, grandchildren Drew, Katie, and Emma. Donna will be truly missed by many other extended family and friends.
