Donna F. Gray, 68, of Grandview, MO passed away on February 1, 2016 at home.
Donna was born on October 30, 1947 in Childress, TX to Winferd and Jackie Scott. She married William Gray on August 14, 1965 and recently enjoyed celebrating her 50th anniversary with him. She worked for the Grandview School C-4 Transportation Department and retired in 2014. She enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her father, Winferd Scott. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Gray; her daughters: Deborah Alexander and Sheri Godfrey; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; her mother, Jackie Scott; brothers: Michael (Pat) Scott of Pineville, LA; Joseph (Soung) Scott of Seoul, Korea; and Gary (Julia) of Lubbock, TX; sister, Lisa (Craig) Phillips of Lubbock, TX; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Longview Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at Longview Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Longview Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to American Cancer Society or KC Hospice.
