Earl Dean Manes, age 76, resident of Independence, Missouri passed away, Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Centerpoint Medical Center.
Earl was a US Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He retired from Sears in 1991 after 26 years of service. Earl is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Mattie Manes, his wife Helen, daughter Phyllis Criss and three sons Alan Lewis, John Lewis and Jimmy Dean Manes.
He is survived by his children Elizabeth Lewis of Kansas City, MO, Jim O?Hare and wife Regina, Michele Harris, Christy Grado, Jennie Manes and James Manes all of Independence, MO; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister Emma Jean Beck and husband Onie Lee of Independence, MO and many nieces and nephews.
