Elaine Talley

Elaine K. Talley, formerly of Green Ridge passed away on March 9, 2018.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on March 20 at the Longview Funeral Home, 12700 Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO.  Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00.  Lunch will be served at 12:00 at Little Blue Baptist Church, 7119 Noland Road, Kansas City, Mo.

On March 17, 1961, William (Bill) Talley, a shy country boy from Missouri, walked into the Honolulu Courthouse and minutes later walked out with a big part of Hawaii’s state treasure in the person of Elaine K. Kepilino, daughter of Ira P. P. and Roselani K. (Willis) Kepilino.  On March 9, 2018, Elaine returned to the arms of her creator.  She will be laid to rest on March 20th, 2018 in the Longview Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri, by Bill and her four sons, David, Mark, Paul and Phillip, 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
