Ethan Aaron Davis, 34, of Blue Springs, MO passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at his home. 

Visitation and funeral services will be held on Friday, June 7th, 2024 at Longview Cemetery Funeral Home, 12700 S.E. Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO, 64149.  Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 P.M. Funeral services to follow at 2 P.M. 

Ethan was born July 20, 1989 in Olathe, KS to Stuart Davis and Kimberly Taylor. Ethan was born and raised in Olathe, KS. He attended Olathe School district and graduated high school at Kansas School for the Deaf in 2007. Ethan met the love of his life, Sarah, at a young age. He and Sarah reconnected later after their childhood relationship and were married on November 9, 2013. Ethan and Sarah have three beautiful children: EmmaLynn, Maverick, and Noelle. Ethan was a devoted father, husband, son, brother, grandson, friend and was a genuinely loving person.   

Ethan enjoyed numerous hobbies. He loved to ride motorcycles with his family and friends. He loves motorsports and spending time with his father and brothers. They rode dune buggies, raced at I-70 Speedway, and rode motorcycles together. As a sports enthusiast, Ethan was a hard-core Chiefs fan. Most importantly, Ethan was an avid fisherman. In recent years, he enjoyed fishing together with his family and friends in the Deaf-Fin Club Monthly Tournaments. The day before his passing he caught his most prized fish of his fishing career. Ethan loved spending time and having fun with his family and friends. 

Ethan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Delmar “Dale” Taylor (2015) and his uncle, Adrian Page (2019).  

Ethan is survived by his wife Sarah Davis of Blue Springs MO and their three children: EmmaLynn, 9, Maverick, 5, and Noelle, 1.  

Other survivors include his parents, Stuart (Kelly) Davis of Kansas City, KS, Kimberly Taylor of Overland Park, KS; second parents, Dana (Wayne) Jones of Blue Springs, MO, Anthony Golden of Ottawa, KS; siblings, Ryan (Brandie) Davis of Olathe, KS, Alyssa Storms of Coffeyville, OK, Denzel (Rachel) Taylor of Coffeyville, OK, Rebecca (Caleb) Bell of Lees Summit, MO, and Caylee Wells of Blue Springs, MO; two grandmothers, Patricia Taylor of Overland Park, KS, and Louise Davis of Olathe, KS. He has countless of other grandparents, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.  

Our lives are forever changed with his passing.
