Frederick "Fred" T. Owens, 56, of St. Paul, Minnesota passed away on February 10, 2018.
Fred was born on June 20, 1961 to Thomas and Betty Owens in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At this time, the family will hold private services for Fred and an inurnment will take place in Longview Cemetery at a later date.
