Hazel Lochie Cameron, 67, of Warrensburg, passed away on November 25, 2015.
Lochie was born on August 20, 1948 in Columbus, GA to Harold Cameron and Grace Wilson. She enjoyed cooking, collecting jewelry, being involved with Society of Creative Anachronism, and traveling especially to Hawaii. Lochie had a talent for decorating that most didn’t realize. She was proud of her son and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Scott (Debbie) Dye; her grandchildren: Dustin, Rachel, Faith, and Elizabeth; her sisters: Cathy Bowden and Dennette Cameron; and her brother, Harold “Chuck” Cameron.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 5th at 11:00 am at Longview Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior to services. Inurnment will follow in Longview Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Foundation.
