Infant Jacob was born and passed April 27, 2007 at St. Luke's Hospital, KCMO. Services will be held noon Thursday, May 3, 2007 at the Newcomer's Longview Chapel. Burial in Longview Cemetery. Friends may call from 11-12 noon at the chapel. Jacob is survived by parents Ronnie Middaugh and Linda Silvey of the home, Kansas City, MO.
