Kathleen Richter

Words can't embody the adventurous warm character of Kathleen “Kathy” F. Richter. Her free-spirited, caring, creative and loving nature will be remembered most. Never afraid to take on a challenge and always there to lift others up, encourage their dreams, or to lend a healing hand. Her strength, courage, and kindness leave a legacy to follow.

Kathy was born November 5th, 1961 in San Francisco, California. After settling in Missouri during her youth she called many of the state’s cozy little towns her fondest homes. Her most recent residence being in Peculiar Missouri.

Kathy was preceded in death by her mother Eleanor White and survived by her father Robert Richter, step father Floyd White, brothers Bob Richter and Gene Richter, children Justin Richter and Jennifer Richter, and granddaughter Saydee Richter. Many other beloved family and friends survive her as well.

Kathy was able to join her dearly missed mother on January 18th, 2021. Her visitation service will be at Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery on January 30th, 2021 from 10:00am- 12:00pm. A short graveside service will also be held following the visitation near where her ashes will be laid to rest. Friends and Family are welcome to come and share their most cherished memories.
