Following her studies, she began her career at Trinity Lutheran Hospital, where she worked diligently as a housekeeper and earned the admiration and respect of all who knew her.
In the years that followed, Marion met Lawrence Erving Jack Preston Brown, and together they were blessed with three sons: Stephen, Preston, and Victor Brown. Later, as her life continued on its journey, Marion entered a new chapter when she met James Winfrey, and together they welcomed three daughters: Diana Brown, Jana Brown, and Toni Johnson (Brown).
Marion’s life was defined by her faith in God, her tireless work ethic, resilience, and the profound love she held for her family. She met every season of life with strength and grace, remaining steadfast in her devotion to those she cherished. She also had a well-known sweet tooth for chocolate treats and a special fondness for delicious chicken dishes.
