Matthew Joseph Kelley was born September 9th, 1999 in Blue Springs, MO. He passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. He was a senior at Lee’s Summit North High School where he was active in the theatre program and an IB diploma candidate.
He is survived by his father, Peter Kelley of Lee’s Summit, MO; his mother, Julie Kelley of Clinton, MO; 2 brothers, James of Lee’s Summit, MO and Michael currently serving out of Fort Bragg, NC; Grandparents: Stephen and Gloria Summers of Oak Grove, MO; George and Anna Marble of Duluth, MN; Jim and Linda Kelley of Bolivar, MO and Cris Trigg of Overland Park, KS; as well as numerous other family members that love him.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Monday, October 16th with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm, all at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 S. Raytown Rd. Kansas City, MO 64149. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Lee’s Summit North High School Theatre Department.
