Michael Jay Lewis

Michael Jay Lewis, 75, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away Sat. May 6, 2023. He was born in Frankfort, Indiana on November 27, 1947, to the late George and Beverly (Ingle) Lewis.

Michael Served in the U.S. Government as a Marine for over 23 years of service. He was a hardworking and dedicated father, grandfather, and husband. Michael was avid reader in his free time.  

He is preceded in death by his parents George Albert Lewis and Beverly Jean (Ingle) Lewis, grandson Cory Ryan Fox, and brother Ricky Dale Lewis. He is survived by his daughters Michelle (Carlton) Fox and Julie Ruth Lewis, grandchildren Catherine Ellen Lewis, and Michael Dale Lewis, sister Suzette Elaine Hagen. He will be truly missed by many other extended family and friends.
