Mike Holm

Michael K. Holm, 71 of Kansas City, MO, passed away November 26th, at his home surrounded by his children after a brief illness.

Mike is survived by his children, Bryan Holm of Grandview, Jennifer Smith (Dennis) of Kansas City, Jessica (John) of Riverton, UT, Amy (Belma) of North Borough, MA; Grandchildren Elizabeth, Jonathan, Jordan, Ella, Annalise, Mira, Breanna, and Xavier; his siblings Earle Holm, Jr. , Vicki Hennier, Kristine Rutherford (Sherman) and many nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Earle Holm, Sr and Betty Holm, his mother-in-law, Virginia Cochran, wives - Susie and Anna and grandson Hunter Shane.

Mike was a retired union steelworker for Allis Chalmers for 27 years prior to returning to college, graduating as the valedictorian of his class with a degree in HVAC. He later retired from working at UMKC as an HVAC technician.

The family will accept visitors from 1p - 2p on December 2nd at Longview Funeral Home and Cemetary, 12700 Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149. Funeral services to immediately follow.
