Shirley Jacobs

Shirley Ann Jacobs, 86, passed away December 21, 2022.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 28 from 10-11am followed by services at 11am, all at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 SE Raytown Road, KCMO.  Burial will follow in Longview Cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to The Korth Center, 309 W. Englewood Street, Stockton, Mo. 65785.

Shirley was born on August 16, 1936 in Kansas City, Missouri.  She enjoyed reading books, listening to Elvis, doing puzzles, and spending time with her grandkids.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mable Masovero; daughter, Kathie French and Baby Ann Marie; grandson, Jeremy Dodson; and husband, Richard Jacobs.  She is survived by her son, Linus Dodson and wife, Karen; sister, Joan Brown and husband, James; granddaughter, Jill Dodson-Ramirez and husband, Jake; great-grandsons Brennen Dodson and Christian McClendon; and great granddaughters, Charlotte Ramirez and Olivia Ramirez.  She will be dearly missed.
