Todd Alan Choti

Todd Alan Choti of Lee’s Summit, MO went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and heard, “Well done, good and faithful servant” on February 21, 2026. Todd was bold in his faith and was secure knowing one day he would be in heaven because of his trust in Jesus. Todd loved the Lord, his family, and his friends.

Todd was born on March 16, 1970 to James and Edith Choti in Norwich, Connecticut. Todd married the love of his life, Annette Natalie Choti, on October 21, 2017. He is survived by the his wife, Annette Choti, his two sons he was incredibly proud of, Ryder Choti and Avery Choti, his stepdaughter he loved deeply, Lydia Novak, his grandson Tisibius Choti, his brother Jimmy Choti, and his sisters Debbie and Linda Choti.

Todd was a Field Service Engineer for Mass Spectrometers, and never met anything he could not fix, repair, or create with his own hands. He loved adrenaline! In his younger days raced motorcycles, and even was a motorcycle racing instructor in New York. Todd was involved in an online racing community, racing with people throughout the world. To know Todd was to know that he absolutely loved mountain biking, and you could find him not only on the trails in Kansas City, but throughout the United States. He was the absolute best father, husband, and friend. Todd never knew a stranger, and everyone that met him loved him. He always poured into people, leaving everyone and everything better than he found them. He loved his family, and was able to spend the last 10 years with the love of his life, Annette. Words can not express how much he will be missed by so many throughout the world.

Visitation will be at Longview Funeral Home at 1:00pm on March 8, 2026 at 12700 Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149.

Celebration of Life and Funeral services will be immediately after at 2:00pm, with Todd’s dear friend Pastor David Roseland officiating. Internment will follow the funeral in the natural garden at Longview Funeral Home, where Todd will be laid to rest immediately next to the woods and bike trails that he loved. Pallbearers will be Avery Choti, Ryder Choti, Jimmy Choti, Pastor David Roseland, Nick McIntyre, and Joe Schield. Honorary pallbearers are Jack Vest and Erik Black.

Reception will follow at 3:00pm, also at Longview Funeral Home.

True to Todd's character, his family have requested the following :

• No Flowers - Instead please give to one of these organizations that meant so much to Todd: Preston City Bible Church: (PayPal: @PrestonCityBible) or The Bible Framework: https://bibleframework.org/about/make-a-donation

• If you are part of the mountain biking community, please wear MTB gear appropriate for riding off road trails. This is what Todd would have wanted to celebrate his life. If you are not a member of the MTB community, please wear something that may have connected you to him, or something showing your love of Jesus.

• If you are part of the MTB community, please also bring a fist full of dirt from your favorite trail(s) or outdoor & off-road adventures. We will place this with him as he is laid to rest.

• Bring a hardcopy of a picture or write down a favorite memory of Todd to give to the family.

Finally, to truly honor his memory and life, Todd would want every one of his friends to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. If you are already a brother or sister in Christ, Todd would want you to deepen your relationship with Jesus, and be bold in proclaiming your faith to others.
