Wyatt Hazelwood, 76, of Grandview passed away on February 7, 2016.
Wyatt was born on March 29, 1939 to Virgil and Viola Hazelwood in El Dorado Springs, MO. He married the love of his life, Mary Ann Williams, and they were married for 58 years. He was a superintendent with Tip Top Plumbing for 32 years, then began his own company, Wyatt Plumbing, and owned it for 24 years. Wyatt enjoyed traveling around the world, which led to many adventures to Israel and many other countries.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; his 5 children: Gregory Hazelwood, Sheryl (Kevin Twyman) White, Garyl (Christy) Hazelwood, Lori (Dean) Miles, and Darrin (Heidi) Hazelwood; 7 grandchildren: Jennifer (Jeff) Brooks, Stephanie (Chris) Rozycki, Joshua (Kristen) Twyman, Lindsay Miles, Jonathan Hazelwood, Jessie Schesser, and Mitchell Miles; and 5 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 12th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and on Saturday, February 13th from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at Longview Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 13th at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Longview Cemetery.
