Paul Lagle

Paul Walter Lagle, age 63, passed away on May 23, 2022, at St. Lukes North hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Born Aug. 8, 1958, in Ponca City, Oklahoma to the late Forrest and Mildred Lagle, he was one of nine children. His two brothers, Jeff Lagle and Greg Lagle, preceded him in death. Paul is survived by his three children, Paula Engetschwiler (Tim Engetschwiler), Ben Lagle (Hope Harbert) and Sam Lagle; his five grandchildren; his brother, John Lagle; his sisters, Audrey Branson, Dorothy Grabow (Bud Grabow), Marsha Webb (Jon Webb), Rebecca Dark and Winnie Bushey.

Paul enjoyed life through simple pleasures, spending time with family, listening to music on his record player, enjoying time outdoors, and drinking Dr. Pepper. Paul was known for his witty sense of humor, his willingness to help others and his selfless nature. He will deeply be missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

A celebration of his life is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday, June 3, at Longview Funeral Home.
