Robert Brooks

Robert Anthony Brooks, 32, passed away on February 23, 2021.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd at 1pm at Longview Cemetery.

Robert was born on November 19, 1988 in Riverdale, GA, to Samuel Joseph and Diana (Ardito) Brooks.  He grew up in Kansas City and was a graduate of Olathe South High School.  After high school, Robert went into the family business of asphalt striping and was very proud of the work he did.  In his spare time he enjoyed watching sports, especially the Chiefs and the Royals, and spending time with family.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Samuel "Joe" Brooks, Sr.  He is survived by his mother, Diana Brooks; brother, Samuel Brooks, Jr.; sister, Amanda Brooks-Kitchens (husband, Matt); twin sister, Jennifer Brooks-Herrera (husband, Rodolfo); sister, Mary Brooks; grandparents, Steve Ardito and Peggy Ardito; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
