William Cordill

William David (Dave) Cordill, 73, of Amoret, Missouri. Dave passed away on April 13,2021surrounded by his loving family at 11:01AM. Dave was born on September 21, 1947 in Kansas City, Kansas to William Walker Cordill and Winifred Jean (Lawrence) Cordill.

He was a father of 3 boys: Andy, Paul and Jeff. Grandfather of 3, Two grandsons: Aiden, & Landen, and a granddaughter Layla. Dave started his career with the US Navy until he was discharged and went to work for Hallmark for 40+yrs upon retirement. In his spare-time he loved to collect and restore old cars, spending time with his grandkids and enjoying family holidays with lots and lots of food.

Dave was preceded in death by his father Bill Cordill, His sister Karen, and his brother Jay. He is survived by his sons David Andrew, Paul Michael (Chelsea) and Jeffrey. His mother Jean, his brother Scott and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Services will be at Longview Funeral Home & Cemetery; 12700 SE Raytown Road, Kansas City, Mo 64149 Funeral at 10:00AM following services we will travel to the cemetery Reform Cemetery in Schell, Mo off SE County Rd 7586.
